Young Person's Guarantee

Ness Engineering have recently signed up to the Young Persons Guarantee scheme, putting on paper that which we have tried to do for many years - supporting young people into employment and supporting the young workforce.

Many of our tradesmen served their time at Ness Engineering and are still with us. They were supported while progressing through their courses and progressing into other specialist training courses to further develop their careers. We recognise that developing the young workforce is key to our future and are happy to support DYW with schemes such as the Young Persons Guarantee.
