Sellaness Biomass

The Biomass installation at Sellaness is now live! After the first 3 months of heat production the runnning costs are well within expectations. With the boilers producing heat at an efficiency of over 90% and the system efficiency increased from an estimated 60% to a calculated efficiency of 80% a significant cost saving on running costs is being achieved. Following the completion of the installation Ness Engineering Ltd staff have been keeping a close eye on the operation of the system and we are delighted to have "actual data" to confirm our calculations and expectations.
