Congratulations to Tony & James

James (left) & Tony (right)Ness Engineering would like to congratulate James Farmer and Tony Manson who have both passed the Final Integrated Competence Assessment (FICA) which now completes their apprenticeships

They will now have the opportunity to work towards the Approved Electrician grade. We are sure that they will approach this part of their careers with the same enthusiasm that they have shown during their apprenticeships.

Ness Engineering is looking forward to working together with Tony and James to offer them further training in areas such as air conditioning and renewable heating systems. This type of advanced training will help to ensure their continued development in line with the high standards, technical abilities and a diversity of skills that we encourage in all our employees.
